Beşiktaş Serenity Hotel

From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, so kind and attentive throughout our visit. The location was in the heart of the city and close to everywhere. The real highlight was the room, not only was it spacious and spotless, but we were also pleasantly surprised by Emre Bey to receive a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Everything exceeded our expectations

I came from Italy to this hotel ,It was the amazing experience in this hotel i was there for 4 days .the staff was very kind and hospitable and help me a lot in everything . The room was very clean i liked the breakfast And all the room facilities and about the location i like it because it is so safe and acess to city center was easy thank you dear soner and mustafa . I hope to come to Istanbul again soon and come to this hotel. Thank you for everything

I loved the bed, it was very comfortable and the facility was clean and tidy. And staff very helpful all the time. Location a bit noisy but very accessible to taxis and public transport.

Accommodating reception and staff. The hotel is located on the main street, so I was worried about the noise level, but it was not a problem. The breakfast was decent. Many savory items, but could have more sweet items.
