I came from Italy to this hotel ,It was the amazing experience in this hotel i was there for 4 days .the staff was very kind and hospitable and help me a lot in everything . The room was very clean i liked the breakfast And all the room facilities and about the location i like it because it is so safe and acess to city center was easy thank you dear soner and mustafa . I hope to come to Istanbul again soon and come to this hotel. Thank you for everything

From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, so kind and attentive throughout our visit. The location was in the heart of the city and close to everywhere. The real highlight was the room, not only was it spacious and spotless, but we were also pleasantly surprised by Emre Bey to receive a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Everything exceeded our expectations

A special thanks to Ali, who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. He was incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Ufuk was so Nice I love him, all staff working was super nice. I really love the hotel so much. But i burn the sheet with cigaretter and the patron tell me 3000....we look on internet it cost 750-1000.....this made çok angry. But i love the otel and Ufuk great man. Im angry at patron but I will come back to this otel ❤️

Location is good, very close to a lot of public transportation, also could walk to Dolmabahce. On a Walking distance to a very lively part with restaurants and bars. There is parking , which needs reservation. Reception is 24/7!
